LATE POLICY
Grooms are scheduled based on the size of the dog, the breed of the dog, the service(s) receiving and other factors.
I do allot a specific amount of time for each groom and between each groom so that I can take the care and time each dog deserves.
With that being said...I depend on my clients to be on time and ready for their scheduled groom day/time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, with notification, we will need to re-schedule for another day/time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, without notification, we will need to re-schedule for another day/time, AND you may be required a % deposit prior to your next appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24-hour notice is STRONGLY encouraged for all cancellations.
If not notified 24-hours prior to appointment time, you may be charged a % deposit prior to your next appointment.
NO-SHOW POLICY
NO-SHOWS/NO CALL (1st time) will require 50% deposit prior to future appointments.
NO-SHOWS/NO CALL after the 1st time, will NOT be serviced furthermore.
COMMUNICATION
Cancellations and/or request to reschedule your "scheduled appointment" must be sent directly to me by one of the following methods:

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
I completely understand that things happen and there will be times that cancellations are inevitable due to unforeseen events, sickness, or emergencies.
Contacting me as soon as you find out about the need to cancel your appointment will definitely be taken into consideration.
If at all possible, I will do my best to work with you to reschedule your appointment and/or waive the deposit at my discretion depending on the circumstance.
Your cooperation and understanding of these policies are greatly appreciated as I value each and every one of you.
I respect you and appreciate the respect that you show me as your groomer and my other clients by keeping your scheduled appointments and keeping the line of communication open for everyone.
